Refund policy
PulzOut offers a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at contact@pulzout.com with your order number
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship the item back as directed
Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for size or color (subject to availability). Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos and details.
